TThe peel session is quick, carried out in the clinic and requires no hospitalisation.
Determination of the appropriate treatment plan. Recommended skin preparation in the weeks leading up to the session (depigmenting cream or retinoid if necessary).
Cleansing of the skin. Application of the acid according to the chosen treatment plan. Application time tailored to the desired depth. Session lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
Application of a soothing cream and sun protection. Detailed instructions provided for home care in the days following the treatment.

Daily SPF 50+ sun protection is essential after the peel and in the long term. Unprotected sun exposure can undo the results and cause repigmentation.

Maintain intensive moisturisation after the peel. A repairing cream and gentle skincare products are recommended for 1 week.

A maintenance peel once or twice a year helps maintain the results. Your doctor will suggest a skincare plan tailored to your skin.

It depends on the treatment plan and the desired outcome. A superficial peel produces results from the very first session. For blemishes or scars, a course of 3 to 6 sessions is often recommended.
For a superficial peel, yes, immediately. For a deeper peel (TCA), you may need to avoid social engagements for 3 to 5 days whilst the skin is peeling.
No, superficial and medium peels cause little pain. A sensation of warmth or tingling may be felt during application. A painkiller may be prescribed if necessary.
It is not recommended to have a peel during periods of intense sun exposure. Autumn and winter are the best times. Rigorous sun protection is essential in all seasons.
A medical peel uses higher concentrations of acids and formulations reserved for doctors. The results are significantly better and longer-lasting.
